Since early 2019 I have been creating free content that guides Flutter developers through step-by-step implementations of specific features and architectures.
Due to certain events and choices on my side, I ended up stopping my content creation for almost 2 years. When I came back the “Original FilledStacks Community” had moved on. Not by leaving me behind, but by becoming better engineers, and this made me very happy, but also left me feeling a bit lost. All of us grew, but there was now a disconnect between FilledStacks and its viewers/readers.
The Disconnect & The Choice
You all, the FilledStacks community, did not need to get step-by-step tutorials anymore, you probably don’t need Flutter code implementations at all. So I had to make a choice, stick to my identity and create more step-by-step tutorials or move on to the next chapter.
I made the choice to move on to meet you where you are now. You’re already building software using Dart and Flutter, you now need something else, and that’s where this newsletter comes in.
What is this about?
The goal is to talk about software engineering from the lens of Dart and Flutter. Why certain principles are more important in Flutter than other languages, where Dart is going, Dart on the backend, Flutter on Desktop, Flutter on Web, everything Dart and software engineering.
The schedule for the newsletter is not fixed but I will be writing every single day. Subscribe below if you’re interested.
